The Site is operated by One true Love, LLC, a California LLC company, located at Caminito Luisa, Camarillo, California 93012, USA, doing business as One True Love 365™ (“One True Love 365,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Purpose of the Site

The Site is an informational and preview website created during our brand development phase. It is intended primarily for suppliers, manufacturing partners, distributors, retail partners, and selected business contacts. The Site does not offer products for sale. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer, solicitation, or commitment to sell, supply, distribute, or purchase any product, nor does it create any distribution, agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and us.

2. Preview Content and Forward-Looking Statements

Content on the Site — including collection concepts, packaging designs, product assortments, imagery, naming, launch timing, and market plans — is presented for preview purposes and reflects our plans as of the date published. All such content is subject to change without notice and may not reflect final products, packaging, availability, or launch dates. References to “Launching Fall 2026” or similar timing are forward-looking statements and are not guarantees.

3. Restricted Areas and Confidentiality

Certain areas of the Site are protected by an access code and are made available only to invited business contacts. If you have been provided an access code, you agree that:

You will use the access code and any materials behind it solely for the purpose of evaluating a potential or existing business relationship with One True Love 365™;
You will not share the access code outside your organization without our prior consent;
You will treat all non-public materials made available to you — including packaging designs, collection concepts, product assortments, launch plans, pricing, and business information (collectively, “Preview Materials”) — as confidential;
You will not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, post, or disclose Preview Materials to any third party, and will not use them for any purpose other than the evaluation described above;
You will not use Preview Materials to develop, create, or assist any competing product, brand, packaging, or presentation.

These obligations do not apply to information that is or becomes publicly available through no fault of yours, was lawfully known to you without a duty of confidentiality prior to disclosure, or is required to be disclosed by law (provided you give us reasonable prior notice where legally permitted). These confidentiality obligations survive any termination of your access to the Site. Where a separate written non-disclosure or supply agreement exists between you and us, that agreement controls in the event of any conflict with this Section.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, copy, taglines, collection names, imagery, photographs, illustrations, packaging designs, layouts, graphics, logos, and the overall look and feel — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, trade dress, and other intellectual property laws. One True Love 365™, The Sunrise Dew 365™, The Moonlight Mist 365™, Forever Yours 365™, Our Heartbeat 365™, the heart device, and associated logos and taglines are trademarks of One True Love 365, LLC. Trademark applications may be pending. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the Site for legitimate business evaluation purposes only. You may not, without our prior written permission:

Reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, or create derivative works from any Site content;
Use any content for commercial purposes or in any competing product or brand;
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or extract content from the Site;
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice;
Frame, mirror, or reverse engineer any portion of the Site;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any restricted area, account, or system connected to the Site.

5. Third-Party Trademarks

Any third-party names, brands, or trademarks that may appear on the Site or in our materials are the property of their respective owners. Reference to any third-party brand does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with, or by, that brand unless expressly stated in writing.

6. Product Information Disclaimer

One True Love 365™ curates and presents authentic Korean beauty products sourced from third-party manufacturers and suppliers. Products are included in their original manufacturer packaging. Any descriptions on the Site are general and promotional in nature. Statements regarding beauty rituals or “radiant-looking skin” describe cosmetic appearance only. They are not medical advice, have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other regulatory authority, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Product formulations, ingredients, claims, and regulatory compliance remain the responsibility of the respective manufacturers. Always review the manufacturer’s own labeling and patch-test new products.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation;
Transmit any unlawful, harassing, defamatory, infringing, or malicious content;
Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or impair the Site or its infrastructure;
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our contact form;

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL One True Love 365, LLC, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE — WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless One True Love 365, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, your breach of Section 3 (Restricted Areas and Confidentiality), or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ventura County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any separate written agreement between us, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.
